Assessment & diagnosis forms an integral part of to treating the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental to ensuring all clients’ understand their bodies and in turn have autonomy over their long-term health and fitness.

  • 1 to 1 customized treatment plan based on you body's needs determined from your evaluation

  • Modalities utilized from BFR, Flossing, Cupping, ASTYM, Rocktape and more

  • Hands on manual techniques as needed per evaluation

  • Movement through corrective exercises to challenge your system appropriately

  • Free follow up exercise program to excel your treatment
